Massage therapist - Karina

I have over 12 years experience in practising massage. I graduated in 2012 studying multiple massage styles from swedish, deep tissue to hawaiian lomi lomi massage to Chinese cupping anti-cellulite massage,  cosmetic massage, including hot chocolate, reflexology and trained lymphatic draining massage too. (at Trigger Physiotherapy Centre in Poland)

 My favourite style is amazing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage on a heated massage table with hot coconut oil. 

 

In 2023 I participated in THE NATIONAL MASSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP in London scoring 86.47% (winner in her category scored 91%).

 

I learnt massage on 3 different continents (mostly lomi lomi) and in 4 different countries (Poland - 2012 (swedish, lomi lomi, hot stones, lymphatic, cosmetic massage, reflexology ect at Centrum Fizjiterapii Trigger) 2016 deep tissue training at Project Massage, India (unofficial), Maui in Hawaii 2018 , Scotland - small workshop). All my official trainings were hands on courses but I did also some online trainings just to remind myself techniques I had forgotten but not to learn the new massage style, other than Kobido self-massage techniques which were fully trained online.  In 2025 I joined CHP - Complementary Health Professionals organizations who require me to do CPD accredited training every year to make sure my knowlege is up to date.

Massage is my passion and happens to be my occupation too. I also studied to be a paramedic for 3 years in Nysa in Poland had practice in hospital and at a fire station before I started career as massage therapist.
