Our Cancellation Policy:

Since the appointments are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give 48 hours notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.

 

The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved appointment if less than 48 hours.  Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

1) Less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved treatment price.

​

2) “No show” will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price.

​

3) If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

 

We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you or carry out a partial treatment at the same full price if there is time on the day.
